Product quality is continuously monitored to ensure you receive the highest quality product for your dollar. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, quality of products, or customer service please let us know within 30 days if possible. This amount of time will ensure that changes can be made. American Kennel Supply has an unconditional warranty of satisfaction guaranteed on every product with the exception of the following: Electronic Training Equipment and Colllars: Electronic Training Equipment and Collars may be returned only if defective or if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition. Collars, Leads and harnesses: Collars, Leads and harnesses may be returned only if defective or if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition. We will not accept the return of dog collars or dog leads that have visible chew marks or has been visibly abused. Pet Toys: Pet toys may be returned only if defective or if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition. We will not accept the return of pet toys that have visible chew marks or has been visibly abused. Leather Products: Leather products may be returned only if defective or if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition.
