Shipping Policy
You can trust that your pet supply order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship pet supply products anywhere in the United States using USPS and FedEX shipping methods. When you place your pet supply order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method, and your shipmentâs destination.
We attempt to ship orders the same day they are received, occasionally order shipment may be delayed due to an item being on back order.
Prescription Pet Medications will not be shipped until we can verify your pets prescription.
Products purchased along with Frontline Products incur regular shipping charges.
Some
restrictions apply on heavy, oversized, or personalized items. If your
item requires special shipping you will be contacted with a shipping
quote via email or phone. These items will be specially marked with RED text
on the product detail page indicating that this is a special order item
and you will be advised on any additional shipping charges prior to the
pet supply product being shipped.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
